Culminating in a showcase performance, workshop participants will participate in a daily technique class and repertory class with members of d a n a h b e l l a DanceWorks.
Technique class:
Daily technique class is an investigation of movement from the inside out, encouraging efficient use of strength and technique while exploring full-bodied movement with an emphasis on breath and dynamics.
Repertory:
Participants will explore excerpts from d a n a h b e l l a DanceWorks repertoire, presenting their findings in the showcase performance.
